I have been a client for many years with Homeowners policies, R.V. policy, Renters Insurance plus multi-vehicle policies and can always count on them to get me the best rates and coverage. I wasn't expecting much when I entered RCI office to speak w/ Amber Helmuth. I had been w/ USAA for 25plus years and happy with my service. I thought my homeowners ins was high but, was told that was do to high winds, tornados, and hail in this region. (According to USAA). Amber found more coverage and about an $800.00 reduction in price. So she had my attention after that saved me over $400. on my auto ins. I was so surprised i then asked about the cost of $500k in life insurance. At the age of 53 i compared that to others. It wasn't even close. The savings paid for my Life ins and six mths of auto ins. I wish i would have checked with her several years sooner. So please don't make that mistake like I did. She was more knowledgeable and way more personable. I must add she has some local ins stories to share that make you appreciate the fact she cares what coverage you get. One day i stopped in unannounced Jessie Baker another Account MGR didn't hesitate to stop what she was doing to give me more of the same incredible service w/ also compelling life stories. I highly recommend RCI Insurance. If I could pick one person for my go-to it would definitely be the beautiful young lady who works for them that goes by the name of Danielle Small. She has helped me so much, and she was/is such a blessing. I bothered her like crazy and she was so patient, and kind towards me. Definitely helped me, I cant put into words how awesome she is at her job! I will definitely be keeping in touch with them for now on.
