Grant Gingerich State Farm has been great to deal with no matter what question I have. I've been with Grant since he started and have nothing but good things to say about him and his office. Great people that try to help you out anyway they can. One thing I love about State Farm is that they don't raise their rates every month or year. Mine hasn't raised in years and that was cause of a ticket I got. Not their fault. Go see Grant if you have any insurance needs. He will help you anyway he can. I would recommend him to anyone.
My husband recently retired. We started thinking about the "what ifs" we will one day face. We set up an appointment with Grant for guidance on our insurances and other possibilities for our money for the future. Grant was extremely professional while still being genuine and warm. He made us feel comfortable and confident in what he was telling us. Two years ago i got fed up with my ridicules high insurance rates. Never having any claims my insurance just kept going up and up. Then I met Grant and his team at state farm in Claremore. I had them quote my home insurance first. I was shocked....it was half of what i was paying and better insurance, then I had them quote my cars and motor home. Again a huge savings on all of them. That was all good so I tried life and health insurance, and my rental properties. Needless to say say Grant and his team has all my business. Not only is the savings good, but the attention I receive from the girls in the office is great. They always call me by name when I walk in the door, if I just need to ask a question they are always there to help . My husband hit a deer on his motorcycle in the early morning hours. He was fine but the bike and deer were not. Before Grant's office was even open we received a message from Dallas West checking on my husband. We were in their office shortly after they opened. Dallas and Grant were already working on our claim. As we walked in the door they greeted us and made sure that my husband was alright. Our claim was handled quickly and our bike was repaired.
