I am shopping for insurance for a new car and needed a quote . The man that answered phone was rude. He asked if I had insurance I said no I needed a quote and he said he could not help me and hung up. I called back and asked him what his problem was he said he did not think I was going to answer his questions. I told he had no idea what I would say and not a problem I would be happy to take my business elsewhere .
