Deputy Eller trespassed on private property and then shot a law abiding citizen's dog. Sheriff Scott Walton who defended this action is a disgrace to the badge.
Wreckless driving on Highway 69 going South, car #155. Driver of this Ford Explorer ran up behind me as I'm going 3 miles over the speed limit and raised his hands up at me, then flashed his lights at me to get me to move. He pulled up beside me and rolled his window down and said I needed to move out of his way. I asked him if there was an emergency and he said, no. I took a picture of his Ford Explorer and will be contacting the Sheriffs department and filing a formal complaint.
