Very poor customer service. I don't recommend buying here.
It all started off well when I bought the car. But in the end, the account rep that was hired since TOTALLY ruined it. He was rude, disrespectful, NO customer service ethics towards me. Tried to be threatening and intimidating towards me. I asked to be given a different rep, and they refused. How am I supposed to want to go in or deal with that kind of service. So, since CarMart is obviously not concerned about anything but their money, I suggest a different car lot if you want to be treated fairly n not like an idiot that will cower to their demands.
