Ordered and paid for a storage unit online that clearly stated the size and gave a brief description of what would fit inside. It even had a picture of the front of the unit only to find out I paid for a gravel parking spot. Being in a rush and having my truck already loaded I was charged an additional 22.00 for a total 83.00 for a unit I could have gotten cheaper else where. Didn't offer any kind of discount but we sincerely apologetic. Unit was clean and facility was also clean. No staff present during operation hours. Had to wait 25 min for someone to arive.....
I have had a good experience with Darin and his team. He is an honest guy and has a great facility.
