Food good and fresh. Service was unusually slow today. They were pretty busy.

Went through the drive-thru at one in the morning. I expected the regular bored face of a middle aged man or woman who obviously didn't want to be there, but instead I got the best human interaction that I have had all day. I only saw that the man's name was John from his name tag and couldn't make out his last name, but I just want to give a huge shout out to him! He was the friendliest face that I have seen in a long while. He seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing. And made me happy that I went to Whataburger. The food quality didn't even matter. I've never given a review, but after going there, I felt the need to let someone, anyone, know about how awesome their staffing is and how welcome I felt while just going through the drive-thru. Also, the food comment doesn't mean the food isn't good. It's actually really good. Delicious even.
Whatadisappointment. Burgers were bordering on cold, and the fries were cold and stale. Sat quite a long time in the lobby waiting for food while cars kept moving through the drive thru like clockwork, almost like they forgot us. I fail to see why people rave about Whataburger. Give me Five Guys any day!
I believe Whataburger makes the best hamburgers anywhere. When I go to Whataburger always get the same thing a Whataburger with cheese light on the mustard lot on the onions with a Coke and fries man there ain't nothing else like it in the world well maybe but Whataburger is the my favorite place to get a hamburger with cheese.
