Worst fast food place in Claremore, probably the state. Every time I go there my order is always messed up, never fails. I don't know why I even go back, I guess I'm crazy, same service and same outcome. Tonight I crunched my rice, tasted like I was eating dog food, chicken was cold, had sour cream on my food after asking twice for no sour cream. The icing on the already terrible cake, NO CHIPS with my platter, how do you forget an entire bag of chips. Hands down, without a doubt, worst place I have ever been too. You know a place is bad when they have almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 star.
Love this particular Taco Bueno. They are always nice and pretty quick for the most part.
Lots of negative reviews for this place. Not sure if I am lucky or what but this is my favorite fast-food joint in town, especially if I want tex-mex. I have never once had them mess up my order and the food is always delicious. I almost always use the drive-thru, and while it's sometimes crowded, they do a good job of keeping things moving and are very friendly.
Got home and noticed my order was wrong called the manager, he offered to replace my order. My husband goes and and when he comes back the order is still WRONG!. So pissed I didn't even want to talk. Once we got everything fixed, and was finely able to eat, everything tasted like cleaning products. We couldn't finish. I don't know what is going on at that place but something needs to change! Will not be back to the one in Claremore.
Still waiting in line and the cars have not moved in over ten min. I am still three cars back. I am going to give this place another try. I have very low expectations. Almost always the food is wrong and sloppily thrown into the box. Usually there is food spilled on the outside of the food container. Unfortunately my son loves the party burritos. Other then having to re roll them before they are consumed this seems to be the safest thing to order
