Floor was nasty a box cannot cool the eating area. Rootbeer tap was about to fall apart. The batter was way to greasy. I now remember why I stayed away. Was hoping after a few years it would be better. I completely wasted my $$$ an the corn was sour. Never again.
this place is terrible....food was cold and awful....service was worse.....bathrooms were horrific, so much so i refused to let my 8 and 6 yr old children use them...i will never go back again. we will be giving our money to other places....its a shame because this is the closest LJS to our home...but we will gladly drive the extra 25 miles west and go to the LJS in Tulsa....i will NEVER spend money in the Claremore location again. Ever.
I ordered the $5 meal however could not get the root beer float. Their ice cream machine was brow and they were out of root beer. When i said i would get a softdrink, only to find the only soft drinks were all diet. The floor was slick with grease. What a waste of money.
Where are my French fries? I ordered the L2, two fish, 3 chicken, with corn, fries and extra ketchup. When I got home 20 miles away, I had ketchup but no fries. Thanks so very much for ruining my dinner I paid for. Employees need supervision and trained to LISTEN to the customer. This has always been one of the worst Long John Silver's around. Perhaps a management change is needed.
