She requires a $300.00 deposit that she will not return upon completion of Lease. My experience dealing with Francec was horrible! The apartment heater would not work properly in the winter Causing me to wake up in the middle of the night freezing. The Air Conditioner blew semi-cold air They refused to do anything about it because the unit technically was blowing cold air. Just enough to feel it coming out 3 inches from the unit. I was renting a room with a gas stove and gas range without proper ventilation. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN!!
