Absolutely the worst post office I've ever felt with! Epic display of lazy waste of money! You can definitely tell it's the federal government. Easy to see why UPS and Fedex are putting such a hurting on the USPS.
Packages are constantly lost, mail never gets delivered, and customer service is terrible.
Update: My mail has been sitting in my mail box and not picked up for 3 days now. Flag is up, but I guess if I do not have mail being delivered, then I get ignored. Additionally, I live in a sub-division, so it is not out of the way. Just another display of unprofessionalism.
We used to have awesome service until they recently changed our carrier. We have called several times to complain and still have issues. We are a business that relies on the mail to do some of our business. We have told them that we are closed during the lunch hour so please do not deliver during that time. They are still either not delivering or are delivering during the lunch hour so our outgoing mail is not getting picked up. I have tried to call again and nobody will answer the phone. Please bring back our old carrier.
By far the most incompetent post office and delivery team that I have had the displeasure of being a victim of. Mail always arrives late, and I get other household's mail consistently. If there was a way that I could escalate due to their lack of professionalism, and customer service I most definitely would.
