Horrible communication skills, and they ignored my grandparents calls for a few hours, after making us wait overnight to get a plumber out here the first time.
Very quick to service our unit while other HVAC service providers were days from fitting us in. The owner and the other young man were very friendly and professional. They even removed their shoes before coming in. As with any contractor, you never know if your getting charged fairly. It was very expensive. They did go over the billing and explained it in detail. They do charge 8% for running a card so pay cash if possible. Unless I find out they charged me unfairly, I will continue to use them in the future because I appreciated their timeliness and professionalism.
Fantastic company. Helped me with my AC on a Saturday. Brian was very professional. He even took the time to protect my floors by wearing foot booties. I highly recommend them.
Very disappointed with the way my handicap grandparents and i were treated. set the apt for 10 am, was told he was late coming from an apt, and he'd be here at 11, the guy got here at 12:15 pm, left at 12:30 pm because he forgot to bring his snake and had to go get the tools required to fix it. he left and 2:30 pm came around and there was still no word from the plumber, or the company. The excuse that was used as to why he never showed back up was that the plumber's wife had a baby, and he had to go over there to her. Normally id believe that, but when we called, the receptionist or whoever, they didn't inform us that he was having a baby until 3:30. Needless to say, we went and found a new company willing to help us out faster.
Charged to much for work. Lied about cost and charged for hours not there. Damaged new Water heater and did not install correctly. Over charged for Freon amount, said they put in 8.3 pounds but unit only holds 11. Manufacture said it could not have been this low and still cooled. Be warned they are not honest. Charged 8 hours labor to replace a water heater and service outside of A/C coils.
Called them and their staff was very kind and understanding to our air conditioning needs. Made my call at 4:30pm and had a worker out at 5:15pm and it was repaired and back to working condition shortly after!! High recommend them to anyone and everyone
