Reservations for 3 non-smoking rooms close to each-other. After Two rooms with broken AC Units one of which had 5 Brown recluse spiders running around that room, I was advised to give the AC units time to work. After we were finally moved to a smoking double bed room and a suite they assured me I should be happy with being moved to different rooms that could not have been further from each other. I did not get what I reserved, and was told to be happy about it. I will not stay at this location in the future. They do not take care of their customers.
Air conditioning worked but there was absolutely no Hot water. When I let them know at check out she said sorry. We will get that fixed, but failed to compensate us for the inconvenience. Also reserved a smoking room and they gave them all away before we arrived. We will be finding different lodging next time we have to come thru Tulsa/Claremore.

Location was very convenient for me. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Never had a problem.
It is historical, spotless, very quiet, economical and in the center of all the historical sights. All of tbe staff was wonderful. Their restaurant is awesome, sweet potato pancakes to die for. We came to visit Will Rogers Downs, which is only 6 miles away. Loved our mini vacation and will definitely stay here again. We will also recommend to all of our friends.
