If ii could give negative stars I would. The blond lady is very rude. She will give you attitude, run her mouth, call you names and put you down. When you give back to her what she is giving to you she will call the cops on you and follow you outside to continue to harass you. If she hates her job that much she should probably get a new one. My advice to he is if she's going to run her mouth she better be ready and able to handle it when someone gives it back to her instead of being a chicken $#!*
Very unprofessional and low quality service. No respect for public, never pick or answer their phone, and if they do they are the rudest ppl u could ever meet.

Came here to get an M endorsement on my license. I have recently taken an MSF riding course so I didn't even need to take any tests. After about 3.5 - 4 hours of waiting my number was no closer to being called than it was when I arrived.
Don't even bother to try and get anything taken care of there. You'd be better off walking all the way to Jenks for service. They are terribly mismanaged apparently. They've caused 3 members of my family to rearrange their schedules, waste time driving back and forth repeatedly which equates to 25 to 30 miles per trip, only to be turned away because they haven't got enough people to provide the service they are established to provide. It should not be that difficult to take a driving test or get your license renewed, etc. But this place makes the old days of standing in line for 5 hours for service look refreshingly good in comparison!
