If I could give this cleaner less than 1 star I would. DO NOT TAKE CLOTHES HERE. I took my fiance's dress shirt to be cleaned and as he was putting it on to go to dinner he noticed that they had SHARPIED my name in to it. SHARPIE IN A $200 DRESS SHIRT!! Haven't they heard of a hanger tag??! So I go in to complain about it and I'm told that it is customary and they've done that for 44+ years but if I wanted to bring it in then they would try to get it out. If it's customary they should tell people that when they drop off their clothes or have a damn sign posted. I will not be taking it back in for them to further ruin. Save yourself and take your clothes to a better quality cleaner that can invest in a better labeling system.

Shirt was dirtier than when I took it in. Also requested heavy starch didn't get that.
They did a good job and have a one day turnaround most of the time.
if you have an expensive beautiful clothes and you need to clean it, do not go to this company, you will receive a rag instead of favorite clothes! I have been a client of this company for a long time, but over the last year, I had the unpleasant 3 case. It's enough. I'll try to find another dry cleaner!
