Negative stars!! I just called for information and have never been treated so rudely. Disgusting display of sympathy or empathy
Took my father-in-law to the ER. He was having multiple issues. They took one X-ray and nothing was broken so they sent him home. The doctor never saw him and they didn't want to talk about his other problems. He is now in icu at another hospital because they actually took the time to check him out and figure out there was something wrong with him.
I had to take my father here because the ambulance drivers said Saint Francis was turning people away. Hillcrest did a bare minimum of work and refused to listen to concerns, and then discharged him without us ever seeing the doctor. A coupe of hours later I took him to the Indian Hospital where he received awesome treatment. They tested thoroughly and quickly began life saving treatment. Had I listened to the staff at Hillcrest and waited a day to see my fathers regular doctor he may not have lived that long. Do not take anyone you care about to this place.
Took forever to be seen and the front staff was rude but once I was seen finally seen it was a good experience
If I could give this place zero stars I would. So dissappointed. Went there for a different issue and they told me they found nothing in my Ct scan and sent me home. Went to my other doctor a few days later and he said to me "I know you said there was nothing in the scan but I have a written up version and there is something." I found out that I have a 7.5x8 cm cyst behind my heart. I was so upset. I was more upset at the fact that this place didn't tell me there was this in the scan and inside of me. Now two months later I have had appointments with pulmonary doctors and now a thorasic surgeon because my only option is to have surgery. If I don't get it taken out it can cause more symptoms and could turn into cancer down the line. I am so upset and angry with this place. Thank god my other Doctor told me that there was something in the scan because who knows what would have happened to be down the line.
