I used Pest Off at an apartment complex I managed and they always did a professional job. They were always accommodating with tenants with young children or health issues that could not tolerate the spray and would always have the clear gel that was effective and that did not leave that nasty brown line behind.
They were always on time and were very courteous and professional.

I agree with the first rating from someone! My mother use their services and was promised the it will get rid of all bugs,insects, mice,etc. We still had mosquitoes mice cause i had glue traps and contine to catch them not only that the guy that came out left my doors open that my dad had to get up and continue to shut them when he went to other rooms or from coming from outside, we try to call to explain about the service and still continue to have problems they would give excuses on how long it would take to work and also how their product was 100% waterproof. This company i feel is only out to rob people of their hard earn money with no results for the problem they were hired to do. I will never use this company anymore and i would suggest others not to waste time or their money on!
They would also use an growth inhibitor (IGR) if I requested or they thought there was a problem that required it.
They've been servicing me and my house for 3 years now. We live on a wooded lot outside of town and we don't have spiders, mice, ants, etc. the wasps usually come for a couple weeks but always die off quickly. We don't even treat our animals with tick or flea repellant with no issues. Josh is our serviceman and he is always great at answering questions and seems very knowledgeable.
I have used these people for a couple of years from the first when they first sold to another company and then after when they started again. I have never been without a weedy and terrible lawn. They have come out multiple times and tried to fix it but in the end they did a subpar job. The price is good but my yard has weeds.
