Worst experience I've ever had here! The lady who cut my hair did a horrible job. She was rude, and to make matters worse she didn't even cut my hair evenly! Never again will I go back here. Worst place ever!
They are very rude disrespectful they don't won't repeat business poor poor management I was there when manigrr was there all she did was talk to her friends I was skipped afer asking politely how long she said a few minutes then started talking to her friends went in back for 5 min and 1 of her friends came in so she skippexme don't go there I gave them a second chance after a bad hair cuts and this is what I got the should b called really dam dumb style
DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you don't want what you ask for and you want your hair hacked. This includes men. I had 2 different ladies on 2 different occasions, they did a horrible job. My husband went 2 days ago, not only did he not get what he wanted (no where near the picture he showed) but the lady kept smacking him in the head with the clippers.
do not go there do not listen to you in fact almost ignore anything you say ,worst perm I ever had I feel my hair is just chopped up ,she chopped off hair uneven told her needed sides shorter she ignored and then cut after perm most places ask if cut before or after she did not ask did not have timer for solution said she watching clock do not think she even got solution all over hair one washed and pulled my hair told her I tender headed she said well she trying to get water out never had head washed so roughly in my life then the next one done same thing did not test water before she started rinsing I has showed picture what I wanted she glanced I asked her if she looked she said yes but do not feel she did they are all very young in there and do not know how they got hired the way they do so if you want your hair to look decent better go somewhere else less than 0 on review smartstyle should see how they treat you and give them a test before they hire them and then they do need to have a personality
