Normally do pretty well. Only complaint is when i order thick chocolate shakes. I called the manager being nice and told her I ordered thick and it was milk pretty much plus the didnt fill an inch and half of the cup. The off putting part is they shook it to make it look fuller. When i had called she was rude to me stating how they make their shakes and the only way it would be thick is if i ordered it thicker. Which she must be ignorant because i told her i did. Also, it was stated on my receipt that it was ordered thick. I do not come to this braums unless its the nearest one. All of the other staff members are really sweet and do work very hard however!
Nicely renovated. Has a larger selection of groceries and produce than some other locations. Friendly, yet quick staff. They are the model by which other Braums locations should be compared.
We used to love Braum's burgers, but something changed and it hasn't been the same in some time. We will still eat there for breakfast or ice cream, but I truly miss the old burgers.
Love this place. The ice cream is so good and it nice being able to pick up a few grocerys while I'm at it.
Some of their employees aren't as good as others, slow and didn't seem to know what they were making. Possibly new so no big deal.
