Very friendly and helpful staff
Had two visits. First was to get a new sim for my phone. Waited about 15 minutes before I was helped. Second time was to fix the sim setup as it stopped working. Was helped immediately. First tech couldn't fix the issue. Second tech fixed it in about 20 minutes.
Very impressed with the stress-free customer service I received at this store. The employee Jacob helped me. He was very polite, helped me with exactly what I was in need of and reduced our monthly bill with a better plan that suits our needs the best. Thanks Jacob!!
Awesome! awesome!! awesome!. Bought a used Samsung S5 off Ebay and activated online via AT&T chat. After completion discovered there was no data. Took it Pryor's AT&T rerailer (no help) and decided to try Claremore. The young lady who assisted me patiently troubleshot my phone for 20 minutes before discovering it was an APN problem. She could have easily handed it back to me and said, "Call customer service" but she didn't. Superb help and extremely professional. They made my family's day alot brighter!
