I don't know what the other posts are about unless lots has changed since then. I've been coming for a couple of months and have only been treated with respect. The entire office staff is super nice!
My son had to have tubes and for him only bn 9 mnths they were very patient and nice! Would suggest this place to anyone! Office staff is awesome and dr welch is amazing!
The worst doctor. DO NOT GO TO HIM! He wrote negative things in my son's chart that said I had never been to an appointment when the last visit his records say he talked to me. He is a lier and a terrible surgeon. VERY RUDE STAFF AND DISRESPECTFUL.
Very knowledgeable. I read these reviews, others have left, before my appt. In my opinion, they are nonsense. Everyone there was very professional.
I went in there, 1 out of 5 people were nice to me... they acted like I was a slob, (which I am not.) And treated me like dirt. I took my son in there for a hearing test, and he looked at him for 3 seconds and thrw his hands in the air and said he doesn't need my services and walked out of the room without another word... he was very rude. Had attitude the whole time along with his nurse that ignored me when I tried to talk to her.. I will never go again.
