The front office staff and the dental assistant (or hygienist) were very professional and polite. However, I walked out of that office feeling like this place was the dental equivalent of a used car salesman. Being told that you need thousands of dollars of work completed that you find is NOT necessary is bad business.
I had one crown fixed and another done today. They seemed to use the latest techniques and are very efficient. I would recommend them if you need dental work done. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and there was lots to do with doing two teeth at the same time.
Wonderful staff that has time to visit and have some fun. I always look forward to my appointments!
Completely frustrated and irritated by the fact that the first time I come in there, the dentist tells me I need 2 teeth pulled and all my fillings replaced. I was not given any options and told this was the only option. In additional, they refused to do anything, even cleaning, until the teeth were removed. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. I do not need my teeth removed, my fillings are fine and don't need replaced, and they thoroughly clean ALL my teeth.
I think Healthy smiles is unrivaled in Professionalism, yet they still maintain their personable atmosphere. I had several large fillings and two crowns done at Healthy Smiles. My experience with Dr. Ross has been exceptional. She is sweet, conscientious and very competent and proficient. I was impressed with her skillful performance every step of the way. Also their prices are competitive. I highly recommended you consider Healthy Smiles in the future.
Everyone was very friendly and the office was very clean! It was the first time my child had been to the dentist and they made him feel very comfortable. Will definitely be returning!
