Very friendly staff, really know about Tires & the brands they have. Not just trying to sell you a higher tire brand to make a quota. They honestly want to help you make best decision for your needs, budget and car. They also have great other car repair services. I was able to get an oil change as well when got new tires put on. Totally a TOP 10 company and staff. Claremore Tires & Auto is on my must go to shops now for my car needs.
My go to place for tires. Pretty competitive on price and usually doesn't take very long. I got 4 tires for my Jeep (got 1 at a time) and have bought a couple for my wife's Mustang. Probably 6 visits and haven't had a problem. Friendly people and pretty quick. Got 2 more tires to replace on the Mustang pretty soon and will definitely get them here.
Had to get a tire patched while traveling across the country. The young man at the counter asked me how to spell my name 5 times, trying to input my name as a returning customer when I realized what he was doing and let him know, I live in Arizona. He did not have a clue what he was doing. He didn't even ask for the year, make or model of my car, until he was done and I offered him the info. We waited over an hour when I asked how it was going. They didn't let me know they were having issues sealing the leak. Another 40 minutes passed after they said they got it fixed and had to out the tire back on. The paperwork wasn't ever turned in my the technician and the keys were tossed on the counter for who knows how long. I think 2 hours and 20 minutes is ridicules to fix a flat. If this is normal operations, I don't know how they stay in business.
